wow

You know, I have a really amazing wife. Over the last 4 days, she's cleaned our apartment from the bottom up, all while with a sprained foot that kept her from walking for the first day and a half of that time. She's currently making cookies, which I will consume with fervor. This is pretty fun.

In other news, I'm pretty sure that I'll be going back to North Alabama next year. The more I think about being a professor, the more it feels like running away from what I need to do. I'm still thinking about it some, but that's the direction I've been heading. So, that'll mean moving to some random place in North Alabama come June. Hopefully it'll be someplace good. Well, I might want to start doing a little work on that thesis, it won't write itself I've heard.
